We ONLY accept returns for (i.e. wrong item/item's/size/size's delivered, un-worn in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Once contact has been
established via contact@wayclothing.co.uk we will aim to respond within 48 hours.
If any return is accepted ( i.e. wrong item/item's/size/size's, it must be un-worn and in original packaging).
Accepted for (i.e. wrongly shipped item/item's/size/size's).
Once you have made contact with contact@wayclothing.co.uk and discussed your reason for return, you can return your item/items in person or by post via Royal Mail or a carrier of your choice as long as we see proof of return receipt. Return address will be given upon confirmation of refund.
Full amount will be refunded to the customers original payment method within 3-5 Working days, if they recieved the wrong item/item's/size/size's and the item/item's/size/size's they originally wanted is out of stock. Alternative available. (Customers Discretion)
